Please contact the Librarian if you would like to make a donation to the College Library.

Volunteer at Leo Baeck College

Donating your time and experience to the College is deeply appreciated and helps us progress as an organisation. There are many ways in which you can be involved in our work which include admin support in our office, working in the library or serving on one of our committees in an honorary capacity. Only recently, one of our volunteers set up a wireless connection in the library which means that visitors can be connected to the internet whilst working on their laptops.

If you would like to register your interest as a volunteer  we would love to hear from you. Please contact Rhona Lesner.

Interfaith Fund

To support the needs of interfaith dialogue – particularly the Jewish-Christian-Muslim student conference, the Jewish-Muslim lecture series and the Jewish-Christian Bible week.

Sponsor a D’Var Torah

To promote your business, while supporting the College, you can sponsor a D’Var Torah – which is sent to those subscribing to the website’s email distribution list.

Hebrew Curriculum

To create material for a national Hebrew curriculum for Progressive Jewish Day Schools and Religion Schools

Student Accommodation

Leo Baeck College provides limited student housing and common rooms. Funds are needed to increase and improve student accommodation and facilities for all LBC students.

Gift Aid

Increase your gift by 25% at no extra cost to you by donating by Gift Aid.Gift Aid logo

Gift Aid increases the value of your donation to Leo Baeck College by allowing us to reclaim basic rate tax on your gift. If you pay higher rate tax you can claim extra relief on your donations.  Gift Aid donations are regarded as having basic rate tax deducted by the donor.  We can take your donation - which is money you've already paid tax on - and reclaim the basic rate tax from HMRC on its 'gross' equivalent - the amount before basic rate tax was deducted.

Basic rate tax is 20 per cent, so this means that if you give £10 using Gift Aid, it's worth £12.50 to Leo Baeck College.
